Job Description

Working on Norfolk Constabulary and Suffolk Constabulary's busy ICT Service desk.

Taking telephone calls, live chats and dealing with in coming self-service portal requests.

We are looking for a motivated individual driven to take a large number of calls/chats and in-between actively deal with Self Service Portal requests.

Working on a rota between 08:00-17:00 Mon-Fri, no weekends or B/H. Office based for 3 months initially, review will be had before hybrid working, after the first 3 months.
