Help Desk / Desktop Support – Prestigious UK Client
A long-established, prestigious UK business, my client has a pedigree that spans 100+ years.
Their sector and client-base is buoyant and this creates exciting opportunities throughout the year.
We have an opportunities for support analysts with a solid grounding in 1st / 2nd line support to form part of their established Help Desk / IT Service Desk, managing phone calls, e-mail, remote queries and resolving desk-side problems.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of, or gain experience across a range of technology, including the following:
* Active Directory and Exchange
* Windows 10
* Microsoft Office / O365 (including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
* Microsoft teams
* PCs, Mobiles, Laptops, etc
