Stanton House are partnering with a private equity backed Technology business who are a leading player in the cybersecurity world and are looking to hire a Head of Commercial Finance.

This is a great opportunity for a driven Head of Commercial Finance to come in and join a team where your voice is heard, and change is driven- you will have the chance to have your say and support decision making across the business. With a broad range of responsibilities, this role is crucial in driving the growth strategy forward, focusing on commercial finance and performance management.

In order to succeed in this role;

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
The ability to coach, develop and build high performing teams
A strong commercial acumen and demonstrable business partnering experience whereby you can build strong, professional relationships across the business and influence thinking across all levels of the business
Excellent analytical skills to be able to interpret financial results, spotting trends and recommendations
Be a self-starter who is driven and able to identify improvement ideas and follow through on implementing them.
Demonstrate strong Excel and PowerPoint abilities, excellent planning and organisation, and show a broad interest in systems.

Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to;

To business partner with the executive team, providing them with commercial support in order to drive financial performance
Managing and developing the team of finance professionals
Supporting the sales team to maximise growth and profitability
Provide commercial insight and challenge to the business units strategy and initiatives
A key decision maker in implementing new strategies and procedures
Plan and forecast revenue and costs, improving efficiency in the process
