As a Hardware Support Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Providing 1st line, on-site IT support with a strong focus on hardware troubleshooting
Diagnosing, repairing and replacing faulty PCs, laptops, printers and peripherals
Installing, configuring and maintaining desktop hardware and telephony equipment
Proactively maintaining systems through updates, audits and preventative checks
Logging, tracking and resolving issues via a ticketing system
As a Hardware Support Technician, your experience will include:

Proven experience in an IT support or desktop support role
Strong hardware fault diagnosis and repair capability
Working knowledge of Windows desktop environments and Microsoft Office
Basic networking fundamentals and device connectivity troubleshooting
A methodical, organised approach with excellent attention to detail
