Would you like to work on behalf of one of the largest and most highly-regarded IT consultancy services in the world?

In this role you will be working as a Google Cloud Platform Data Engineer via a consultancy for a household retail brand based in Bradford.

This is a very exciting opportunity to ply your Engineering expertise in a demanding and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
** Develop and test applications based on GCP components e.g. Airflow/DAG, BigQuery, Stack Driver, Cloud Storage etc.
** GCP component deployment through Jenkins (CI/CD)
** Work closely alongside an agile DevOps team
** Work with the Technical Architect / Product Owner to build the ETL pipeline in GCP

Technical Experience Necessary for Success:
** Google Cloud products – Pub-sub, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Stack Driver, Compute Engine, Google API's
** Python & Google BigQuery
** ETL concept
** Google Data Fusion
** Unix shell scripting
** DevOps experience
