Office Location: London

Day rate: Up to £450 per day

Job Type: 6 months Inside IR35 Contract

Hybrid Model: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Providing technical support at a 2nd line level

Providing Technical leadership to the team

Supporting VDI migrations to Windows 365

Resolving migration and user issues

Working with the Modern Workplace Architecture team

Requirements

2nd line support experience

Experience with Citrix and Azure VDI migrations

SME-level knowledge to act as a lead

Strong documentation and communication

Experience in regulated financial environments is desirable
