End User Support Specialist
Contract | €200/day | Cork

Our client in Cork is seeking an End User Support Specialist to provide exceptional IT support services. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual to handle various technical issues, ensuring smooth IT operations for end-users.

Responsibilities:

Provide first and second-level support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software applications and operating systems.
Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Provide guidance and support during the onboarding and offboarding of employees.Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in an IT support role.
Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Office 365 suite.
Experience with network troubleshooting and VPN support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
