Desktop Support Engineer / Helpdeks Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line Support)

As a Helpdesk Desktop,Support Engineer, you will be able to find & solve problems, or simply make changes where required to the project/product you are working on.

You will be comfortable in taking responsibility for the IT Support within the organisation, and have a passion for solving problems.

Our IT Desktop Support Engineers are an integral member of our team and are involved influencing the support of sophisticated solutions and ensuring their robustness. This is a superb time to join and be part of our growth.

You will have:

* Solid experience as an IT Desktop Support Engineer / Helpdesk Support engineer

* Experience in working to SLA’s .

* Experience of supporting multiple users.

* 1st & 2nd Line Support (essential).

* Exprience in working with the MSP or Education sector (ideally)

Technical Skills Required:

* Office 365 / O365.

* Windows Server

* Windows 10/11

* Mobile Devise Support

* Azure

* Printer Support

* MS Exchange
