Job Description

IT Support – £50,000 – Central London (On-site role)

An opening for a Desktop Analyst has become available within an innovative and diverse global professional services firm. This role will provide the successful candidate with the chance to collaborate and develop their skills and is key to the wider success of the business. 

This leading firm embraces a culture of customer service and is looking for someone who has the ability to provide efficient and effective client support to all users. 

You will be responsible for installation and configuration of desktop, laptop and telephone equipment, troubleshooting and maintenance of PC equipment and the provision of on-site technical assistance where needed. 

Further responsibilities include: 

Tracking customer reports of hardware, software, mobile device issues. 

Active participation in pilot groups and quality assurance of computer system builds.

Setup and maintenance of conference and meeting equipment. 

Provision of helpdesk an technical coverage where needed. 

Troubleshoot and coordination of repairs through vendors. 

Skills required: 

– Excellent customer service skills within a professional services environment.

– Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems, to include Windows 10. 

– Qualified applicants will also have MS-Office Suite skills. 

This role is offering up to £50,000 as a base salary
