Delivery / Project Manager – Leeds (Hybrid) – £45k

Ada Meher is proud to be engaged on a search for a Digital Delivery or Project Manager on behalf of a scaling Digital eCommerce Agency as they maintain their commitment to quality and process amidst continued client successes. They aim to deliver robust, reliable technology in a sensible timescale to ensure they don't create internal burn-out or compromise quality for speed.

As part of their commitment to work/life balance, the company work on a hybrid basis with employees spending 3 days a week in the Central Leeds office space and the rest working remotely. They also offer a flexible schedule, need to drop the kids off at school? Got an appointment? Prefer to make up an hour late in the evening to go for a long walk at lunch? All fine – it's up to you to manage your workload the way that works best for you!

As a Digital Delivery or Project Manager you would work closely with your own portfolio of clients as well as the Development, Design and QA teams, to ensure projects are delivered successfully, in budget and on time. The ideal candidate should have experience in client liaison, budget & resource planning, scheduling, time management, process management and work well with the internal team. Ideally, candidates will also have prior exposure to an eCommerce or agency environment.

To be considered:

-Prior experience in a Delivery or Project Manager role in an Agency or eCommerce business
-Experience working to Agile/Scrum/KANBAN methodologies
-Experience managing project budgets and allocating team resources accordingly
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to champion and improve processes
