Delivery Manager

Nottingham City Centre (Hybrid Role – 1 p/w On-Site)

Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

We are working with a rapidly expanding B2B SaaS provider in Nottingham, on the brink of exciting growth after securing contracts with several multi-national clients. As they expand their operations, they are seeking a talented Delivery Manager to join their professional services team and help bring innovative software solutions to life.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience of Software Delivery experience, in client facing environments.
Formal project management qualifications (Prince 2, PMP, Agile).
Proven expertise in managing entire end-to-end delivery, from initial concept through to implementation and handover.

Desirable:

Experience within the energy or utilities sector.
Background in both public and private sector businesses.

Role Overview:

As a client-facing Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through to successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Implementing best project management practices to drive efficiency and quality.
Communicating with stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Adapting to changing project needs and facilitating Agile methodologies when necessary.
