This is a full-time hybrid role for a Database Administrator based in London, with some work from home acceptable. The Database Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's databases, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. Day-to-day tasks include database design, monitoring and troubleshooting database systems, implementing database replication, and supporting the development team with database-related tasks.

Qualifications
• Skills in Database Administration and Databases
• Experience in Database Design and Replication
• Troubleshooting skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of data security and compliance standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
