Data Analyst Role.

As a Data Analyst reporting to the Data Analytics Manager, you will aid in the development of reporting their new reporting system along with supporting the business's current reporting function. You will be expected to provide analytics and information services to the business helping to provide insight that can help to encourage data driven decisions. You will also be looking for areas of improvement within the business reporting function and work to implement these whilst ensuring customers are not affected and their data is secure.

Title: Data Analyst.
Location: Remote working with occasional travel to office in Milton Keynes.
Duration: Permanent.
Start Date: ASAP.
Salary: c£26000 – £ 28000 per annum + pension and many other benefits.

Key areas of responsibility include:
Provide reports to Customers within set service lines
Assist the business with reporting queries
Handle ad-hoc requests for data extracts
Maintain high level of data quality, ensuring that data security procedures are followed ensuring customers data is secure
Assist the business with Data Analysis, looking for trends, insights and root causes
Look for process improvements within the reporting function
Develop and amend reporting to meet the business and its customers' requirements
Ensure that requests for changes to reports are completed within service lines
Manage and maintain the business's existing reporting platform and help to migrate to new reporting platform
Assist the business in the development of reporting for its new reporting system
About You
You will need good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Any experience working with Power BI, Azure Data Solutions, Power Platform, writing queries to extract data using Oracle SQL is desirable.
With strong attention to detail, using your knowledge of data and analytical trends, you can decipher and organise data.

As important as your technical skills, is your desire to learn new skills. You will have an analytical mind-set and have good problem-solving skills, be excited about working in a challenging industry. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team using your good communication planning and organisational skills.
