Data Analyst

Location: London

Fulltime : 3 days onsite / 2 at home (no set days)

In this you're your expertise will drive a deep understanding of content, marketing, and product performance across our organization, empowering data-driven decisions. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background and excellent stakeholder communication skills, ready to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

Working with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Engineering & Product.
Gaining deep insights into target audience to produce actionable outcomes that align with business objectives.
Identifying which features drive user acquisition and retention.
Providing data-driven insights to optimize marketing channels for user acquisition, monetization, and retention.
Translating complex analyses into clear, understandable insights for stakeholders.
Dashboard Management: Maintain and expand existing dashboards and reports, ensuring data accessibility and understanding across the organization.
Suggesting changes to product and engineering roadmaps to enhance data quality and analytical workflows.
Validating and leveraging opportunities to inform growth and product strategy, including new areas like B2B consumer insights.

Requirements

Ideally came from a product led customer facing organisation.
3+ years' experience utilising data to drive and influence business decisions.
Experience with Tools such as : Mix panel, Google Analytics, Looker Studio
A self-starter who can hit the ground running from the beginning.
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
