Are you ready to dive into the heart of our operations? As an Advanced Specialist in our Half Hourly (HH) team, you'll embark on a thrilling journey of problem-solving and innovation. No two days will be the same as you tackle a diverse range of complex HH metering issues and customer queries head-on.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our operations run like a well-oiled machine. From investigating HH metering dials to analyzing data trends and raising relevant flows, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing our performance. With a keen eye for detail, you'll produce insightful reports on daily dial and export performance, ensuring we meet and exceed our SLAs and KPIs.

Your expertise will be instrumental in monitoring and reviewing our processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing changes to streamline our operations.
