IT Support Lead / Customer Success Manager

Location: Dublin (On-site)

Salary: €50-60k p/a plus health insurance, pension and annual bonus

I'm seeking to hire an experienced IT professional on behalf of my client, an MSP in Dublin that is in the process of scaling up. This position will involve managing the day to day requirements of your client and managing a small team of IT Support Engineers.

Duties:

Handling internal IT support issues from Senior business members
Overseeing all problems and requests from your client, responding to these in an efficient manner and managing the escalation process
Leading and mentoring a team of IT Support Engineers
Consistently communicating with clients to ensure all their needs are understood and addressedRequirements:

A minimum of 4 years' experience in Office 365 Administration
Experience with Intune and Windows Server 2016+ OS
Experience of working for an MSP
