Are you a driven and experienced Compliance Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services industry, is seeking a talented Compliance Manager to join their team. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary range of £83,000 – £86,000 per year.

As the Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Risk and Compliance, you will be responsible for providing senior management with confidence in our client's compliant operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Head of Risk and Compliance in developing an appropriate compliance approach
Delivering on second line of defence responsibilities on compliance
Maintaining and providing strategic compliance reporting and management information
Deputising for the Risk and Compliance Leadership Team as required
Collaborating with the Executive Team on key compliance mattersTo succeed in this role, you should possess technical expertise in compliance, data analysis, complex claims management, and risk identification. You should also have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
