Change Lead – Finance Transformation (Oracle Fusion)

Hybrid working – 3 days per week onsite (essential)
We’re supporting a large, complex organisation through a major finance transformation programme, centred around the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP.
This is a senior Change Lead role, focused on the people side of change — ensuring the business is engaged, prepared and ready to adopt new systems, processes and ways of working.
You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end change and engagement strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation while remaining hands-on in delivery. This will include shaping stakeholder engagement, leading change impact and readiness activities, and driving adoption across a multi-layered environment.
Key experience required:
* Proven track record leading change on large-scale ERP implementations, ideally Oracle Fusion
* Strong experience across finance transformation programmes within complex organisations
* Demonstrable expertise in planning and delivering change and engagement strategies end-to-end
* Experience applying recognised change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, APMG or similar
* Ability to influence at senior level while remaining hands-on and delivery focused
* Strong focus on stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness and adoption
This role requires someone who can operate strategically but is equally comfortable getting into the detail, working closely with teams to embed change and ensure successful outcomes.
Please note this role requires onsite presence 3 days per week — this is essential
