Business Development Manager – Birmingham £40,000 – £55,000 (OTE £80K+)

Are you an enthusiastic IT Salesperson or an IT Account Manager eager for a new challenge?

We have partnered up with an award-winning IT telecommunication/ MSP organization, who are hiring an New Business Consultant to join their growing team of 4 IT Salespersons with the aim to bring on new business growth. The New Business Consultant MUST have sales experience in the IT sector/ MSP specializing in one of the following: Cyber Security, Telephony, Cloud/ On premises Servers.

The New Business Consultant will benefit from a 10% commission plan and work on a hybrid working model for 4 days onsite.

This role will involve developing a cold desk from scratch.

Requirements of the Business Development Manager:

–          3+ years’ experience in sales within the IT sector.

–          Knowledge of IT products and Services

–          Proven ability to win your own sales and build client/ sales.

–          Experience maintaining, developing, and building client relationships.

–          Proactive, organized, and great communicator
