You will have some previous sales experience

We need someone who:

· Enjoys talking to people and building rapport (and is good at doing this over the phone/via teams or zoom call).

· Has a passion for SALES!

· Is keen to learn and is open to change

· Has solid computer literacy and the ability to use a CRM system to collect, update and use data efficiently

· Has a positive, can-do attitude

. Is organised with great time management.

Just to assure you, this is NOT a call centre-type role where you are tasked with how many random phone calls you can make in a minute – we are not about that AT ALL! We want people who will genuinely care about the needs of our customers and what we are trying to achieve as a business.

The Package:

· Starting salary – up to £30K (£40K OTE)

· on-going sales development

· This is a full-time position at 37.5 hours per week (typically Mon – Fri 8am-4pm)

· Holidays – 25 days per year (increasing with length of service up to 28 days) plus Bank Holidays
