Job Description

6-month contract – Up to £500 a day Inside IR35 + Expenses

Fully remote with occasional travel to London

Our client is undertaking an Order to Cash System Implementation. Replacing 5 BSS systems (billing, invoices, CRM, product and order management), with one new system. The role will support the successful business adoption of the new Order to Cash platform by working in close collaboration with stakeholders. The role helps ensure that all impacted stakeholders—including end users, business leaders, support teams, and technical teams—are informed, prepared, and equipped to transition smoothly to the new environment.

You will drive the strategy, planning, and execution of change, communication, onboarding, and training activities that support a seamless migration. It is intended to augment internal change capabilities while operating within provided direction, priorities, tools, processes, and governance.

In partnership with teams, the role will:

* Drive change readiness and adoption across impacted business areas

* Lead on planning and execution of communication, onboarding, and training activities

* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, readiness, and adoption risks

* Provide structure, coordination, and hands-on support for adoption-related activities

* Surface and coordinate risks, dependencies, or issues with for alignment and resolution

* maintains overall ownership of business change outcomes, decision-making, and internal alignment, while this role works collaboratively to support a well-coordinated and successful transition.

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience in BSS business change management, organisational readiness, or digital transformation.

* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly information.

* Experience creating training content or coordinating training delivery.

* Familiarity with project management practices and cross-functional collaboration.

* Experience of working within the telco sector preferred but not essential
