Business Change Manager – Fixed Term Contract – London £110-£130K + benefits

Reporting to the Transformation Director this is a key role for our client with responsibility for managing strategic change across the organisation for a major IT transformation programme. You will shape and deliver strategic change initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment between people, processes, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple business change programmes.
Partner with senior leaders to define and deliver transformation goals.
Build a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure measurable benefits are achieved.Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in leading large-scale organisational change.
Strong leadership and influencing skills at executive level.
Expertise in change management frameworks and business transformation.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge/experience of Oracle Fusion would be advantageous
