Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Business Analyst – Payroll & Benefits
Location: Crawley, UK (Hybrid: 3 days in office)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Rate: £550/day (Inside IR35)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Business Analyst with strong expertise in Payroll and Benefits modules. You will work with a leading UK-based organisation to review, optimise, and modernise payroll and benefits processes within Oracle Fusion HCM. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week onsite in Crawley, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct AS IS/TO BE process assessments for Payroll and Benefits.

*

Facilitate workshops with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams.

*

Translate business requirements into functional specifications (BRDs, FSDs, process flows).

*

Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend Fusion-aligned solutions.

*

Provide functional expertise in payroll cycles, statutory compliance, and benefits processes.

*

Support UAT, quarterly updates, and operational process improvements.

*

Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, driving process alignment across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.

Required Skills & Experience:

*

Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll, Benefits, Core HR, and cross-module interactions.

*

Experience in business process mapping, AS IS/TO BE analysis, and fit-gap evaluation.

*

Hands-on knowledge of payroll cycles, costing, reconciliations, and benefit integrations.

*

Familiarity with OTBI/BI Publisher reports.

*

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
