Business Analyst

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Business Analyst to support the Senior Business Analyst with continual systems improvement across a Salesforce system stack.

– You will take responsibility for independently working with stakeholders to define tactical problems/opportunities, ensuring stakeholder perspectives are identified, and business objectives/requirements are understood

– Plan and support facilitation of meetings & workshops with stakeholders at all levels across the business

– Creating test data and ensuring systems test environments are prepared to support acceptance testing.

– Creating a range of business analysis documentation & templates to supporting project activity

Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…

-You are comfortable and accustomed to taking ownership of business outcomes 

-You are comfortable independently deploying a range of business analysis skills and tools

-Understanding of the software development life-cycle, particularly requirements definition and acceptance testing

– Have worked within AGILE/SCRUM delivery frameworks

– Experience with JIRA and Salesforce

– Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
