I'm working with a consultancy feeding into the public sector looking for a BA.

Outside IR35
Fully remote
10 weeks
£350 per day
MUST HAVE GDS / PUBLIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE 

Business Analyst (BA)
Capture current and target processes, business rules, regulatory constraints, data flows and hand‑offs between organisations.
Structure and document functional and non‑functional requirements for the digital service, including reporting, transparency, and audit needs.
Support cost‑envelope definition and readiness for a build‑phase procurement or delivery
