Stonewater are now seeking a Business Analysis Manager – someone to lead and support a team of Business Analysts in delivering high quality projects within specified time and budget constraints, satisfying key stakeholders.

Fostering a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement, you will equip the team with professional tools, templates, and techniques for business analysis excellence and establish a strong, reliable reputation for providing exceptional business analysis services. Acting as a key point of contact for business analysis queries and issues, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and promote the value, skills, and expertise of the business analysis team internally, to ensure a common understanding of the team’s role and value.

This role independently provides business analysis expertise for a select number of complex projects, ensuring projects meet time, quality and cost targets, and align with the organisation’s strategic goals and customer satisfaction. You will oversee the identification, analysis and documentation of business requirements and processes, and facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions. You will also collaborate with Project Managers to integrate business analysis activities into project plans and timelines and monitor and report on progress of business analysis activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will:

* Hold a professional certification in Business Analysis.

* Have proven experience in a Senior Business Analysis position.

* Have good leadership skills and proven experience of leading and managing a team of Business Analysts.

* Be proficient in business analysis software and tools (Microsoft Visio, DevOps).

* Be experienced in establishing and embedding business analysis tools, techniques, methodologies, and frameworks.

* Have an exceptional understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.

* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, for building relationships inside and outside the organisation and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

* Be comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.

* Have a high level of integrity and professionalism.

* Have a customer centric ethos, in line with Stonewater’s values and principles.

Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
