My client are an award winning and extremely well established IT business based on the outskirts of York. With large clients spread across the public sector, they have a growing and successful bids team who work hard to win bids across a variety of frameworks.

Owing to expansion following significant growth within the business, my client is now seeking 2 experienced Bid Managers to join the team to manage Microsoft and IT Solutions bids. Ideally you will be from an IT solutions/services background, although applications will be considered from other organisation types.

You will have experience of bid campaign management from opportunity identification through to project delivery and will provide a valuable input to qualification, win strategies, commercial decisions and solution delivery.

As such this is an extremely rewarding, involved and commercially based role, where your hard efforts will impact the business daily and you will work to achieve goals within the team and wider business. There are excellent career development opportunities into team management and senior roles also.

You will support the Head of Bids in organising, coordinating bid production, content capture and commercial modelling into compelling bid proposals to drive business acquisition and retention.
