BI Analyst – £32,000 – Durham (Hybrid)

My client, a leader in their respective field are looking to add to their ranks with the acquisition of a new BI Analyst to join the team. As a vital member of the organisation, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to driving data-driven decisions.

This role would be based from the Spennymoor office, and would require some onsite working weekly (to be discussed during interview).

Key Responsibilities:

Utilise advanced analytics techniques to analyze complex data sets and extract valuable insights.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to facilitate decision-making processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
Ideally 2+ years of experience
Proficiency in SQL, data visualisation tools (Power BI)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
