As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in architecting, designing, and developing robust backend systems to power our applications. Leveraging your expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS services, you will contribute to building scalable, high-performance, and secure backend solutions that meet the evolving needs of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
Architect scalable and resilient backend systems on AWS cloud infrastructure.
Implement best practices for code quality, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and actively contribute to the improvement of development processes and practices.
Mentor junior developers and help foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Backend Developer, with a focus on Node.js development.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Extensive experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and EC2.
In-depth knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling concepts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with serverless architectures and microservices.
Familiarity with GraphQL and related technologies.
Certification(s) related to AWS or Node.js development.
Contributions to open-source projects or participation in developer communities.
