Application Support Specialist

Application Support Specialist required by a global software company with an office in Southampton. The company provide ERP software using a wide technology stack.

This is a hybrid position involving 3 days a week in the office in Southampton and 2 days from home.

Knowledge required:

Experience working within a software support environment
Technical knowledge of an ERP software package would be very advantageous
SQL experience would also be a nice to have skill
Strong customer facing experience with good customer service skills The company offer a good benefits package including private healthcare and an exercise reimbursement which can be used for a gym or golf club membership.
