Application Support Analyst, London, £35,000-£40,000

You will be working as an Application Support Analyst for a brilliant Education focused SaaS provider based in central London.
Their product offering focuses on educational delivery, and has suites to suit a wide range of needs, including Job seekers, Apprentices, Tutors/colleges, and private businesses that provide their own training programmes.
They have seen incredible growth over the last few years, consistently achieving 100% YoY growth, and will likely exceed that this year- Thus the reason they are taking on a new IT Support Engineer.
On top of this they have an incredibly impressive client book, including Cambridge University, the City of Westminster, DFS, and RBS
You will be responsible for investigating 2nd/3rd line issues reported by Customers, and requires working with their Azure Infrastructure and Databases.
Investigate technical issues and provide timely resolutions and guidance, both to Customers and the Development team
Prioritise requests and Tickets, and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
Identify reported issues and manage expectations/timelines
Document issues requiring Development changes
Identify root cause of repeat issues and advise the wider company on how to remediate and avoid in the future
3 Years experience providing Technical Support
Good knowledge of Azure Cloud Infrastructure
Strong knowledge of Databases and SQL
Experience working within a C#/.NET Environment (preferred)
Experience debugging Customer websites (preferred)This role is based in Camden Town and will be a mix of Office based work and WFH (2 days WFH)
It is offering a salary between £35,000-£40,000
