An Application Support Analyst is now sought by a leading global brand to join a dedicated application support function. This role offers a fantastic career opportunity, with training and development available to the successful person.
 
The Application Support Analyst will be given ownership of a number of business applications, taking responsibility for managing application supplier relationships and performance, service introductions and improvement, and 2nd line support application issue resolution. This is all about communication, enthusiasm and relationship management.
 
Application Support Analyst responsibilities

2nd line application support of SAAS business applications
Supplier / SLA management
Service introduction
Issue / incident management 
Essential skills and attributes of the Application Support Analyst

Brillant communication skills
An inquisitive mindset
Commercial experience of supporting business applications
Good basic technical knowledge, able to apply commonsense to 2nd line application issues
Stakeholder and client SLA management 
The successful Application Support Analyst will be offered a starting salary of £40,000 – £45,000 and an exceptional flexible benefits package. This role is hybrid and will require 4 days a week on site based in Milton Keynes
