IT – Permanent – Shrewsbury (some local travel)

L & C Consulting are recruiting on behalf a law firm for a new Software Specialist / Applications Specialist to join their internal, IT team, concentrating systems and services. To be considered for this excellent, permanent opportunity within this well respected and successful business, you must have worked in a similar role before and ideally within the legal sector.

Your duties will include (but not be limited to):

* Act as escalation point for incidents and problem management

* Provide customer support throughout incident, change and problem solving

* Training and support

* Create and maintain Application documentation

Technical skills and experience will ideally include:

* ITIL

* Envision

* Intapp

* iManage

* Workshare

* Ms Office Applications & Windows Server / Exchange

* VMWare

* Citrix

To be considered for this Applications Specialist role, in addition to the technical skills and experience, you will also have excellent customer service and communication skills, be confident, keen to learn new skills and have excellent time management skills demonstrable by being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The role requires some local travel so you must have a valid UK licence and own transport.

The Shrewsbury based site is commutable from Telford, Oswestry, Market Drayton, Wolverhampton,

Stafford, Bridgnorth, Ironbridge etc
