We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager for our public sector end client, to lead the delivery of citizen-facing digital services within a cross-functional team. This is a high-impact role focused on improving user journeys and ensuring alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead agile delivery across design, research, testing, and development workstreams.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, maintain delivery plans, and produce progress reports.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment across departments.
Drive adherence to GDS standards and user-centred design principles.
Manage complex team dynamics and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager in digital service delivery.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
Deep understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).
Experience of GDS standards and user-centred design (UCD) principles. (Essential)
