Account Manager

Location: Northampton

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + OTE

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
Identify new business opportunities. Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess:

Proven experience as an Account Manager / Sales Executive working for an MSP, specifically having sold Managed Services. 
Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Benefits
