Location: Sheffield (hybrid)

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + OTE

This firm is a leading provider of IT infrastructure solutions and services, and is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join the team in Sheffield.

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing the customer base. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work to acquire new clients.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our range of IT solutions and services.
Consultative Selling: Understand clients' business needs and propose tailored IT solutions that deliver real value.
Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.Requirements for the Role

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in account management or sales, within the IT sector.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients.
Sales Acumen: A solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a deep understanding of sales processes.Benefits
