
2nd Line Support Technician
Job Description
We are working with a busy and growing organisation to support with the recruitment of a 2nd line Support Technician on a full time permanent basis. This role is based in their Carlisle office 5 days per week with client site visits required (pool car provided)
Key Responsibilities for the 2nd Line Support Technician:
– Visiting client sites to install printers, Wi-Fi and cables
– Onsite and remote 2nd line support via both tickets and phone calls
– Building strong relationships clients, becoming main point of contact for support queries
Key Skills for the 2nd Line Support Technician:
– Experience within an MSP or Cyber Security environment is preferable
– Previous experience at 2nd line level
- Strong relationship building skills
