2nd Line Support Engineer

Permanent Position

Basingstoke (On site)

We are looking for 2nd line Support Engineer to join a high profile project based in Basingstoke, to work as part of a multi skilled agile team, including security, service and management where teamwork is paramount.

The role will offer extensive training to upskill you and fast track your career

You will also be required to hold or be willing to go through Security Clearance

Your Role..

Your role will involve assisting high profile user community via incident logging application.
Implementation of approved changes, proactive monitoring and identification of changes which are required to ensure the environments run optimally.
Creation and execution of processes.Your skills and experience will cover…

Windows Server 2008/2012 Exchange 2010/2013,
VMWare and Knowledge of Server infrastructure,
VMware Technologies,
Core Windows 2008/2012
Server Technology including in depth knowledge
Understanding of GPO and Active Directory
DNS -Active Directory
User Account Management
Analysis of Windows Log Files
WIN7 Workstations.
Demonstrable problem solving and analytical skills**The successful candidate must be willing to undergo the DV clearance process before starting.**
