2nd Support Engineer

Location: Middlesbrough
Contract Duration: 3-6 months
Daily Rate: £190 – £200 (Inside IR35)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated 2nd Support Engineer to provide exceptional IT support within a busy environment. You will be responsible for supporting 120 users across a sprawling 4500-acre area. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 2nd line technical support for hardware and software issues.
Manage and maintain Active Directory, Teams, and O365 environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve printer and CCTV-related problems.
Assist in the deployment of new systems and applications.
Collaborate with the IT team to improve systems and processes.
Document support activities and maintain accurate records.Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in a 2nd line support role.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365.
Experience with printer and CCTV systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Full UK driving license (onsite company vehicle provided).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
