The role is based in Norwich, and you will report to the UK Infrastructure Lead. The role sits within the overall UK IT team, which is a key business partner delivering solutions and services that leverage operation efficiency and sustain long term mutually profitable customer relationships.

Primary contact for the Norwich site end-user IT support services, supporting the business by resolving operational and customer incidents within agreed SLA’s using a full range of break/fix support, fault tolerance solutions, and disaster recovery across all aspects of hardware and software used by the company.
