WeDoData are working with an establish education provider who are looking for an enthusiastic 2nd Line IT Technician to join their collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an environment where you'll be involved in both day-to-day support and exciting projects.

What you'll be doing

* Providing 2nd line support and acting as the escalation point for 1st line.

* Supporting Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.

* Managing devices through Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.

* Administering Active Directory and Entra ID.

* Supporting Windows Server infrastructure, networking and cloud platforms.

* Deploying laptops, desktops and mobile devices.

* Troubleshooting hardware, software and AV equipment.

* Assisting with IT projects including cloud migrations, security improvements and system upgrades.

What we're looking for

You'll have experience in a 2nd Line Support role and be comfortable working across a Microsoft environment. This is not a desk bound role, so you’ll need some energy and excellent customer service skills!

Ideally you'll have experience with:

* Microsoft 365 Administration

* Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager

* Windows 10 & 11

* Active Directory & Entra ID

* Group Policy

* Device deployment and lifecycle management

* Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software and cloud technologies
