Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities

Incoming support queries from customers.
Ownership of support issues.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and document support queries.
Onboarding of customers.
Liaising with departments to resolve outstanding issues.
Skills & Experience Required

Network troubleshooting skills.
Windows and Linux server experience.
Group Policy and Active Directory.
Antivirus, firewalls, Wireshark, and VPN exposure.
2+ years’ experience on a technical support desk.
