Job Description

Texcel are excited to be partnered with a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) who are based in Liverpool city centre. Our client is looking to add to their helpdesk team with a 1st Line Support Engineer, where you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional technical support to clients.

Tech skills we're ideally looking for:

* Expertise in PC and laptop troubleshooting, including hardware fault finding and repair

* Proficient in upgrading hardware and cloning drives, with experience in data backup

* Skilled in installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Windows and Office

* Experienced in LAN/WAN/Wifi/Internet networking maintenance

* Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, routers, VPNs, firewalls, Active Directory, and Office 365

* Desirable experience with Apple Mac systems

* Previous experience working within an MSP environment is desirable
