Job Description

An exciting opportunity had arisen for my client based in Aldershot is seeking a passionate 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in delivering excellent customer service and have a passion working within IT.

Duties and key responsibilities will include:
Providing excellent initial 1st line support to customers
Resolve queries or issues such as login issues and application errors
Troubleshoot and solve technical issues raising them to senior IT Engineers
Support with remote access
Log all customer support calls and ensure all information/documents are tracked
Visit on site to assist in implementation and installation of new systems and software
Support other team members as and when required

Key skills required by the successful candidate:
Good experience within a customer service background
A technical mindset
An understanding of Networking with SQL
Fantastic problem solving skills
Experience of working under pressure in a busy environment

CompTIA qualification would be desirable
