Role: 1st Line Support
Salary: Up to £32,000 dependent on experience + benefits
Location: Onsite in Central London
DV clearance is required for this role.
We are looking for a 1st Line Support Technician to join our defence client in a support desk environment. You will be triaging and incident logging, so ideally will have some experience with windows servers and active directory already. Training will be provided on specific infrastructure.
Key experience in the following areas is required;
+ Windows servers
+ Active Directory
There are multiple roles open, and there is the opportunity to undertake shift work with this role and this will see a 15% uplift on your base salary.
