1st line support
Using the helpdesk system to log calls and progress notes
Be a key player in the team tasked with improving the technologies and platforms of the group
Take ownership of your open tickets and manage through to resolution
Contribute to the company's award-winning IT support by providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond for your customersThe Tech Spec
Windows Server: (Apply online only)
Office 365 Stack (SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams)
Basic Understanding of Virtualisation
Basic Networking Skills e.g. patching
