Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Role and Responsibilities
To provide first and second line IT support on a busy IT helpdesk.
Taking calls from internal customers in a professional manor with focus on customer service.
Capturing and logging key detail in the IT helpdesk software.
Where possible and appropriate resolving issues immediately whilst on the call.
Working through open tickets on the IT helpdesk.
Escalating problems to senior colleagues when resolution is proving difficult.

Microsoft Office 07, 13, 16 & O365
Citrix VDI & VPN
Remote User Support
Active Directory Management
