1st Line Support, Poole, £28,000

As a 1st Line Support for this engineering company, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring smooth operations, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

1st Line Support Responsibilities

Responding to and resolving technical support queries efficiently
Diagnosing software and hardware faults
Assisting with system installations, configurations, and updates
Escalating complex issues to senior members of the team when necessary
Providing excellent service and clear technical guidance
1st Line Support Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in an IT support role (1st line or similar)
Troubleshooting skills with Windows environments and IT infrastructure
Knowledge of networking principles and software applications
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with PC builds, repairs, and peripheral installations
