1st Line IT Support

Near Cambridge

Monday- Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)

£25,000

This is a varied role where you will be providing support on servers, phone systems and active directory. We will consider candidates with previous IT experience or those who have completed a relevant qualification and are looking for their first role in IT.

* Investigate, diagnose and resolve requests raise through a ticketing system.

* Resolve hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, mobile phones and tablets.

* Educate and guide users on best practices.

* Keep accurate records of any IT requests.

What we are looking for:

* Microsoft office 365

* Experience in operating systems.

* Experience in Windows server

* Experience in Microsoft Cloud services.

* Excellent interpersonal skills.

* Good written and verbal skills.

* Patient to help individuals with all levels of IT ability.

* Basic networking knowledge.
