Responsibilities:
Provide 1st/2nd Line support for end users.
Work across various devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Escalate to Senior Engineers when necessary.
Respond & prioritise tickets.
Respond via email and telephone to end users.
Skills/Must have:
Active Directory
O365
Previous IT Support across Windows & Apple devices
Excellent soft skills
Basic Networking skills
