Just Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer on behalf of our client based near Ipswich.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team within a dynamic business committed to delivering service excellence. You'll play a key role in supporting clients across a variety of sectors, including care and legal services.
The Role:
You will provide high-quality remote support using PSA and RMM tools, manage telephone-based queries, and take ownership of technical issues through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver efficient, high-quality remote IT support
Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants (Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, Endpoint Manager)
Install and configure Windows 11 and mobile devices
Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues, including mail flow and client configuration
Maintain clear, accurate documentation of completed work
Ensure cyber security best practices are followed at all times
Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel)
Experience with Windows installations and software configuration
Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Event Viewer and Command Prompt
Excellent communication skills with the ability to take ownership of issues
