Business Development Manager

Location: London / Hybrid

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum

Benefits: £90,000 – £100,00 OTE (On Target Earnings)

We have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our client, a successful IT solutions business with offices throughout the UK, to become an integral part of their London Sales Team.

Working within existing accounts, you will drive new business sales across their IT Security Solutions platform. The Business Development Manager will primarily work from the company's office in London but may also work remotely or onsite attending client meetings.

Job Duties:

Develop and implement strategies to drive new business sales into existing accounts.
Identify and target potential clients within the assigned market segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and tailor IT Security solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for both the company and the client.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Experience Required:

Experience in selling IT security / IT Solutions.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
Thorough understanding of sales principles and techniques
Strong track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
If successful you can expect a salary of £45,000 to £50,000, with on target earnings of between £90,000 and £100,000. You can also expect a car allowance and benefits including pension and ongoing opportunities for progression.
